We are delighted to welcome Philippe Fleurier among us. Philippe has experience as a CFO in multiple contexts, particularly in a listed group and in companies under LBO. He has extensive practice in building business plans and structuring financing sources accordingly. Moreover, Philippe has managed various acquisition and sales processes, and restructured financing operations. Formerly a controller in industrial groups, he led various change and IT projects. A civil engineer in IT, Philippe also holds an MBA from HEC School of Management. He fluently speaks English, French and Spanish.
