We are pleased to announce that Dennis Dendas has joined our team as an Associate.
He launched his career at the Investor Relations team of Telenet, a listed Belgian telecommunication player. He provided for the full external financial communication, keeping an open dialogue with both sell-side analysts as well as existing and potential investors. This through, amongst others, participating in numerous roadshows across Europe. Dennis continued his professional career within the Project Finance team of Telenet, where he was a lead financial modeller for the TowerCo carve-out and EV-charging infrastructure solutions. After a few years, he gained experience in M&A advisory at Merodis, where he worked on deals (a.o.: Vaneflon, GFI) throughout various industries in the SME market. Prior to joining Ernest Partners, Dennis was active in the fundraising department of Cube Infrastructure Managers in Luxembourg where he actively contributed to the €1.0 billion first close of Cube Infrastructure Fund III that focusses on mid-market telecommunication, transport and energy transition opportunities.
Dennis is a CFA level III Candidate and holds a Master degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Leuven.
As a Belgian citizen, he is fluent in English and Dutch, and has a basic command of French and Spanish.
